1 General Terms

By using the cbaaji website and all its services, you confirm that you have fully read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions. This document forms a legally binding agreement between you and the cbaaji platform.

2 Account Registration and Verification

Opening a personal account is required to participate on the cbaaji platform. You must provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration. cbaaji reserves the right to cancel any account where false information has been provided.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• Each person may open only one account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Please provide your name, date of birth, mobile number and email address accurately.
• You may be asked to verify your account details at any time.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your login password confidential.
• Please notify our support team immediately in the event of any unauthorized use of your account.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

cbaaji follows an identity verification process to ensure a safe and transparent service. You may be asked to submit a copy of your national ID card or passport before a withdrawal request is processed or in the event of any suspicious activity. cbaaji reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account if the required documents are not submitted in time.

3 Age Restrictions and Responsible Gaming

cbaaji's services are for users aged 21 and above only. Minors will not be permitted to use this platform under any circumstances.

By registering, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. Providing false information about your age is a serious violation, which will result in the immediate closure of your account and any funds in the account may be forfeited.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposits

The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits at cbaaji: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The maximum deposit limit will depend on account status and applicable policies.

• Deposits must be made only from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Successful deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests from successfully verified accounts are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. The withdrawal amount will be returned to the same payment method used for the deposit.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

cbaaji offers various bonuses and promotional offers for new and existing players. Each offer has its own terms and conditions, which must be read carefully before accepting a bonus.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. A wagering requirement of 10 times (10x) applies to this bonus.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus offer is applicable only once per account.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the wagering requirement must be met first.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time.
• cbaaji reserves the right to cancel a bonus if abuse is suspected.
• The wagering requirement must be met before the bonus expires.

5.3 VIP Program

cbaaji's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Bronze members receive up to 0.3% weekly cashback, Silver members up to 0.5%, and Gold members up to 0.8% weekly cashback. It is possible to advance to a higher tier through regular play.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cbaaji platform. Violating these prohibitions will result in the immediate closure of your account and any deposited funds may be forfeited:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Abusing bonuses or attempting to exploit system loopholes.
• Using third-party payment methods.
• Playing on behalf of or using the account of a minor.
• Using fraudulent software or automation tools.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Attempting to interfere with or hack the site's security systems.
• Engaging in discourteous or threatening behavior toward other users.

7 Privacy and Data Security

10 Account Closure and Suspension

10.1 Closure by the User

You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please withdraw any remaining balance in your account before closing it.

10.2 Suspension or Closure by cbaaji

cbaaji may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these terms is violated.
• If fraudulent or suspicious behavior is detected.
• In the event of a failure to complete identity verification.
• If a self-exclusion request is made under the responsible gaming policy.

11 Dispute Resolution
